While Kordis’s Services are designed for use by business customers, we process some personal data when you use our Services, including when you apply to enroll in Kordis Services. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and company financial and accounting data (“Company Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services. However, this Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control or people that we do not manage.

As noted in the Terms, in order to use Kordis, you must be at least 18 years old. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 13. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information, when they are online.
We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time, but if we do, we will alert you to changes by either placing a notice within the Services, on the Website, or sending you an email if you have provided us with such contact information.
Please note that if you have opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you have not provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them.

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions on our website and to collect information about how visitors use the website. We may use the information collected through Google Analytics to help us understand the demographics, usage patterns and interests, trends, etc. about visitors to the website.
Google Analytics collects and reports usage information anonymously without identifying any particular visitor individually.
